Landscape Lighting Maintenance Packages.
Protect your landscape lighting investment with one of our Maintenance Packages.....At Action Irrigation and Landscaping we are happy to provide you ongoing assistance with general maintenance and upkeep of your lighting system with the following maintenance package which can be scheduled at your option of interval. (usually once every 6-18 months of interval)
- Ensure that all lamps are working.
- Optional: Replace all system lamp bulbs every 18-24 months
- Clean all fixture lenses and remove dirt and debris from inside and outside all fixtures.
- Check that all fixtures are positioned and aimed optimally
- Remove debris from around splice junctions to ensure ongoing access.
- Check that no buried wires are exposed or damaged
- Confirm that timers and photocells are operating properly. Clean these units and trim plant material (if needed) to ensure proper photocell exposure.
- Replace timer battery (if applicable) once a year.
- Tighten all screws in transformer terminals.
- With system powered on, confirm that primary amperage matches the amperage recorded at installation. If it does not match, troubleshoot system to determine cause.
